Oreo Truffles

Very rich little chocolate bites!

Ingredients

• 1 package Oreos, finely crushed in food processor
• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1 pound white chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the Oreos and cream cheese until well blended. Form Oreo mixture into one-inch balls. Dip balls in melted white chocolate, then place on waxed paper-covered cookie sheet in refrigerator for at least an hour.
