Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) can green chile enchilada sauce
- 3 cups shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- French bread cubes or tortilla chips for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the enchilada sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cheese, a little at a time, until it melts. Stir in chili powder. In a cup, combine cornstarch and water; add to sauce; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Pour into a fondue pot and keep warm.
