Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/4 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper. Bring the broth to a boil in a fondue pot and maintain that temperature. Spear chicken cubes with fondue forks and cook in hot broth for about 1 minute. Dip in sauce.
