Ingredients
- 1 Can crushed Pineapple, in juice, drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese...lite room temp.
- 8 8 oz. cool whip.....lite
- 1 package Stella Doro Angennie Cookies .
Preparation
Step 1
Whip the wet ingredients on low speed, until blended, and smooth.
Cut cookies down the middle and fill with cream cheese mixture on one cookie...put top on to form a cookie sandwich.
