Ham and Cheese Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened (you won’t use it all!)
  • 12 thin breadsticks or grissini
  • 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 12 thin slices (in strips) of deli ham or prosciutto

Preparation

Step 1

Spread butter evenly over 3 inches of one end of the breadstick. Dip the buttered end into the cheese, then wrap the ham around the cheesy end and let it stick to itself.
Serve in a glass with the meaty end up! Chill before eating if desired.
