Dinner Rolls

Cool sweet dinner rolls made with bread machine.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 stick margarine
• 5 1/2 cup bread flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon, 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 stick of margarine. Microwave for 45 seconds. Pour this into bread machine, add 5 1/2 cups bread flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon and 1 1/2 teaspoon of yeast. Turn machine on to mix and knead dough. Once machine has stopped, let it rise to the top of the pan.

Take out and knead a little bit more on flour. Pinch off and make rolls, let rise again and bake 350 for 12-15 minutes.
