Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups flout
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together butter and ricotta cheese until creamy. Add vanilla; mix well. Gradually add sugar; ;stir in egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll into one inch balls and flatten slightly on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or just until edges are golden. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
