Ingredients
- 1 cup Leftover Cooked Farfalle (very well dried)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Vegetable or olive Oil (for fryng)
Preparation
Step 1
Fill a heavy-bottomed pot with 3 inches of oil and heat to 375ºF.
Mix together the thyme, salt and pepper and set aside.
Fry the leftover farfalle for 1-2 minutes and remove to a paper towel lined plate.
Sprinkle with seasoning mixture and serve as a topper for chicken vegetable soup.
