Arroz Con Chili Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 c long grain rice
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 10 oz chopped green chilies
  • 12 oz Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 teas salt
  • 1/4 teas garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the rice in two cups water, until done.
Mix the sour cream, green chilies, jack cheese, salt and garlic powder together in a large bowl. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Place in a 2 quart baking dish that has been greased (cooking spray works well)
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
