Ingredients

• 1/2 c refried beans
• 1/2 c of your favorite meat or chorizo, or meatless
• 2 corn tortillas (warmed)
• 2 fried eggs
• 1/2 c salsa or ranchera sauce
• 1/4 c cotija cheese

Preparation

Step 1

. warm tortillas on a hot skillet

. Place the tortillas on a plate and spread the beans on top

. Add the meat or chorizo, sprinkle on the cheese

. place the two fried eggs on top of the meat and beans

. Spoon the salsa across the top of the eggs, and enjoy
