Peppermint Frost

These frosty cocktails, made with schnapps and vodka, get a delicate dusting of crushed peppermint sticks for added winter flair.

Ingredients
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 tablespoons finely crushed peppermint sticks
- 2 ounces white creme de cacao (1/4 cup)
- 1 1/2 ounces peppermint schnapps (3 tablespoons)
- 3 tablespoons half-and-half or light cream
- 1 ounce vodka (2 tablespoons)
- 3/4 cup ice cubes

Directions
Rub rims of eight 1 1/2- to 2-ounce shot glasses with the lemon wedge. Dip rims in crushed peppermint candy; set aside.
In a blender, combine creme de cacao, schnapps, half-and-half, and vodka. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared glasses. Serve immediately.
