Ingredients

  • 1 T EVOO
  • 8 oz. Mushrooms
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 # Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 24 oz. Jar Pasta Sauce
  • 2 C Water
  • 8 oz. Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup Italian Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Saute sliced mushrooms and chopped Red Bell Pepper in EVOO for about 10 minutes.

Add the meat and cook, breaking apart to a fine crumble.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add 8 oz. pasta. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the Shredded Cheese and serve hot.
