8oz or 2 6oz wheels of brie cheese
cup roasted garlic jam (can be a blend like roasted garlic onion)
teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
tablespoons walnuts or pecans, finely chopped (optional)
Crackers, apple wedges, crusty bread, whole walnuts, etc for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Starting 1/4 inch in run a knife around the top of the cheese wheel and remove top rind. Take care to remove only rind, not cheese. Spread jam over top of cheese in your newly created "well". Sprinkle rosemary and nuts evenly over top of cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is warm & soft. Transfer to serving dish. Serve warm.
