Ingredients
- 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
- 2 Tbl cornstarch
- 2 cups Lt. corn syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Preparation
Step 1
whisk together coconut milk, and cornstarch in a saucepan. until cornstarch is dissolved. add the the corn syrup, sugar, and coconut , bring to a rolling boil, remove from heat. let cool completely before serving.
