Ingredients
- 2 2.1oz. packs of mini phyllo cup boxes
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
- 1/3 cup chopped drained pickled jalapeno chilis
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese + more for garnish
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake phyllo cups according to box directions.
2. Cook beef until brown, stir in chili powder and jalapenos; cook for one minute. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese.
3. Spoon into phyllo cups; top each with dot of sour cream, more cheese and cilantro leaves.
