Easy Einkorn Biscuits

Ingredients

• 2 C Einkorn,
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tb baking powder, stir together.
• 3 Tb Jovial olive oil
• and the rest buttermilk to make 1 cup.

Preparation

Step 1

Pour over dry ingredients and just stir together. Should be wet.

Scoop out into floured counter. Lightly pat into circle.

Cut out in 2 to 3 inch rounds.

Bake 400 on lightly greased sheet for about 10 minutes.
