Ingredients
- 2 pints yellow grape, pear or small tomato, quartered
- 2 pints red grape, pear or small tomato, quartered
- 8 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 anaheim pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced
- 1 santa fe pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 4 tablespoons chopped basil
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 3 limes
- Salt to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl, toss the tomatoes with the green onions, garlic, peppers, cilantro, basil, olive oil and lime juice. Add salt to taste, then let the salsa rest for 30 minutes. Adjust the seasonings and serve.
