Ingredients
- 4 c of tomato juice
- 1 onion minced
- 1 green bell pepper rough chopped
- 1 cucumber peeled and seeded, rough chopped
- 3 c tomatoes rough chopped and seeded
- 2 green onion chopped
- 1 clove of garlic peeled and tipped
- 3 T lime juice
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 t tarragon
- 1 t basil
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 1 t white sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
. Place all ingredients in a blender except tomato juice
. Blend the ingredients adding the tomato juice a little at a time, should be a little thinner than salsa. taste and adjust seasoning
. Serve cold
