Ingredients

  • 4 c of tomato juice
  • 1 onion minced
  • 1 green bell pepper rough chopped
  • 1 cucumber peeled and seeded, rough chopped
  • 3 c tomatoes rough chopped and seeded
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled and tipped
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 t tarragon
  • 1 t basil
  • 1/4 c chopped parsley
  • 1 t white sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

. Place all ingredients in a blender except tomato juice

. Blend the ingredients adding the tomato juice a little at a time, should be a little thinner than salsa. taste and adjust seasoning

. Serve cold
