Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) finely ground shortbread cookies
- 200 g (7 oz) butter, melted
- 50 g (1.7 oz) cocoa
- 300 g (10 oz) powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp rum
Preparation
Step 1
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Chill if necessary.
Shape into balls. Dredge with sugar or leave them plain.
Store in a tightly covered tin.
