Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2 t. soda
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 box conf. sugar 1/2 stick marg.
- 8 oz. cream cheese 2 t. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for cake and bake at 325 for 40 to 50 minutes. Mix all ingredients for frosting and spread on cool cake. (I like to add pecans to the frosting for texture)
