Crawfish cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crawfish
  • Onion
  • bell pepper
  • celery
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins sauce
  • 4 shakes of hot sauce
  • Creole seasoning

Preparation

Mix and cool in refrigerator. Shape in patties and fiy in olive oil.
