Lemon cake with pineapple filling

Ingredients

  • Pineapple filling:
  • 1 lemon flavor cake mix with pudding in the mix
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • Large can crushed pinapple with juice

Preparation

Step 1

Make cake according to intructions on box. Make 3 or 4 layers.

Filling: Put all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, boil 1 minute. Let cool, put on cake.
