Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup wheat germ or whey protein powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
- coconut flakes (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first seven ingredients together in a bowl, add in raisins or chocolate chips, if desired.
Roll to form small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll in coconut flakes, if desired.
