Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 16.3-oz. tube refrigerated large biscuits
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 4 teaspoons butter, melted
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each biscuit into a 5-inch circle.
3. Arrange biscuits on greased baking sheets.
4. Place 2 tablespoons pie filling on each circle half.
5. Fold biscuits over filling; seal edges with a fork.
6. Pierce each pie a few times with fork. Brush pies with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
