  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 dashes cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 8 oz water
  • 2 heaping tbsp plant-based protein powder (ideally chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed (optional)
