Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry oatmail
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 ground flaxseed or wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • I also added 1/4 pecans, and 1/4 cup dried cranberry
  • Get creative.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

2. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like (about 1 ince in diameter works.) Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

3. Makes about 20-25 balls.
