Quick Beef Strogonoff

Ingredients

• 375 g Fettucine
• 450 g Beef Strips
• 200 g Mushrooms
• 1 Teaspoon Pepper
• 2 Teaspoon Paprika
• 1 Onion
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1 1/2 Tablespoon Oil

Preparation

Step 1

*Cook Pasta, drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.
*Brown beef with pepper, salt and paprika in a pan. Set aside.
*Saute onion and mushrooms until soft.
*Add sour cream and cook a further 2 minutes
*Return beef to pan and stir. Cook a further 2 minutes.
*Pour over pasta and serve.
