Purple Haze Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz blackberries or blueberries
  • 2 cups of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • Water (just enough to blend so smoothie is thick and creamy)
  • 2 heaping tbsp plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed (optional)
