Ingredients
- 500 *500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 3 *3 Eggs
- 3/4 *3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 *1 Packet Teddybear biscuits or Maree
- 1 *1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 4 *4 oz Melted Butter
Preparation
Step 1
(BASE)
*Crush biscuits and combine with butter
*Press firmly into cake tin and refrigerate
(FILLING)
*Beat Philadelphia Cheese until soft and creamy.
*Add 1 egg at a time, and beat.
*Then add sugar and vanilla essence.
*Pour on top of base and bake 160c for 45 minutes.
*Cool and refrigerate overnight.
