Crepes

This crepe batter will make thin to medium size crepes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Plain Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons melted Butter or Oil
  • 1 Tespoon Vanilla Essence

Preparation

Step 1

*Sift flour in a bowl
*Pour eggs, milk, butter and vanilla essence
*Beat until combined
*Lightly spray frying pan with oil and fry on each side for a few minutes.
