large chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
c pickle juice
T powdered sugar
tsp chili powder
c oil divided
Marinate chicken pieces in pickle juice for 2 hours in refrigerator. In one bowl mix together milk and beaten egg. In another bowl combine flour, powdered sugar, salt, chili powder and pepper in bowl. Remove chicken from marinade and coat chicken with egg mixture and then flour mixture. Heat 2 T oil in skillet, fry chicken in single layers 3 to 4 minutes or til golden brown. Drain on paper plate.
