Ingredients

  • 6 T butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 portobello mushroom caps (sliced thin)
  • 1/3 C shredded parmasen cheese
  • 2 T chopped fresh basil
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 3 T of butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute ro 4-6 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add remaining 3 T of butter, parmasen cheese, 1 T of basil, salt & pepper to skillet. Mix well.
