Preheat oven to 425*. Slice zucchini into thin slices. Then season some flour with paprika and garlic powder in one pan. In another pan mix panko, Parmesan cheese and a little paprika and garlic powder. In a third pan whisk egg. Roll zucchini slices in flour mixture, egg and panko mixture. Bake in oven for 10 minutes turn zucchini and bake another 10 minutes.
