Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg instant lemon pudding
- 2 C milk
- 1 1/4 C water
- powdered sugar to dust on top
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake as instructed on box. Pour into prepared 9X13 pan. In large bowl pour milk and water. Add lemon pudding. Beat with whisk for 2 min and pour over top of uncooked cake batter. Do NOT mix with cake Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Sauce will go to the bottom and cake will be on top. Place your pan on a cookie sheet to catch potential spills of the lemon pudding as it bubbles and bakes.
