Ingredients

  • 1 . 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
  • 2 . 10 oz Broccoli florets
  • 3 . 1 lbs (16 oz) Velveeta cheese (cubed/stir until melted)
  • 5 . 2 cups of Milk
  • 6 . 2/3 C corn starch
  • 7 . 1 C water

Preparation

Step 1

1. 4 Cups of Chicken Broth
a. Simmer to a boil
2. 10 oz Broccoli florets
a. Simmer for 10 minutes
3. 1 lbs (16 oz) Velveeta cheese (cubed/stir until melted)
4. Turn down to medium heat
5. 2 cups of Milk
a. Simmer 10 minutes
6. Mix until smooth 2/3 C corn starch and 1 C water
7. Add while stirring into pot
