Barbecue Rub - All Purpose

Ingredients

• 1/4 c coarse salt (sea or kosher)
• 1/4 c dark brown sugar
• 1/4 c sweet paprika
• 3 tbls freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tbls garlic flakes
• 1 tbls onion flakes
• 1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp celery seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir or whisk to mix. Store the rub in a sealed jar away from heat and light. It will keep for several months.
