Ingredients
- 1/4 c coarse salt (sea or kosher)
- 1/4 c dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c sweet paprika
- 3 tbls freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbls garlic flakes
- 1 tbls onion flakes
- 1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir or whisk to mix. Store the rub in a sealed jar away from heat and light. It will keep for several months.
