COCO NUT BALLS

Ingredients

• 1/2 C shortening
• 1/4 C sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 C shifted flour
• 2 TBL cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 C chopped nut meats
• confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

mix together shortening, sugar & vanilla
stir in flour, cocoa & salt - mix well
mix in nuts

shape into small (1:) balls
place on ungreased cookie sheet
bake in moderate oven
don't burn
