Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz.) Boboli pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 3/4 cup hickory-flavored barbecue sauce (or your favorite)
  • 3 slices ready-to-serve bacon, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup shredded Provolone cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; sprinkle with diced onion. In a bowl, toss together chicken and barbecue sauce; spoon mixture evenly over pizza crust; top with bacon crumbles and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until pizza has heated through and cheese has melted.

SERVING SUGGESTION: A big salad.
