One Bowl, All Natural, No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1-2 tsp of your favorite spices
  • 1/2 cup of add ins (choco chips, nuts, seeds, dried fruit)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl add the nut butter, honey, vanilla, salt.
Stir until combined (easiest to do if everything is at
Room temp). Once combined add the remaining
Ingredients. Mix well. Place bowl in fridge for 30 min.
Scoop out dough and roll into balls. Once in a ball can
Roll them in ground nuts, coconut, etc. Keep balls in an
Airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
