Ingredients
- 6 cups peeled and cubed russet potatoes
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast, cubed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups barbecue sauce-your favorite
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (more or less to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes and pork in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour
over pork and potatoes. Stir gently to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours, or until pork is cooked
through and potatoes are tender.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed broccoli and a big salad.
