- 1 lb. softened butter
- 8 oz. sugar
- 3 lg. egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1 1/2 lbs. sifted cake flour

Step 1
. Cream butter an sugar together
. Add eggs in one at a time mixing in completely
. Add in flour one cup at a time until mixed completely
. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator one half hour before use
