Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

• Brownies:
• 1 pkg. brownie mix (for a 9X13)
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 c. water
• Frosting:
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1/3 c. peanut butter
• 1/4 c. milk
• 2 tbsp. butter
• Drizzle:
• 1/3 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp. shortening
• (I didn’t do this part)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with nonstick.
Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions
For cake like brownies. Cool 5-10 minutes.
For frosting, combine pwd. Sugar, peanut butter, milk and
Butter. Beat at medium speed until blended. Spread over
Warm brownies.
For drizzle, melt chocolate and shortening then drizzle over
Frosting.
