Ingredients
- Essential Oils:
- 2 tsp. carrier oil
- Sweet almond or coconut oil work great. If you use coconut oil and want it to remain liquid, be sure to use fractionated coconut oil
- 4 drops Ylang-Ylang (aphrodisiac, also good for anxiety, fear, and insomnia)
- 2 drops Clary Sage (flower native to the northern mediterranean region)
- 1 drop Bergamot (citrus, from the peel)
- 1 drop Sandalwood (aphrodisiac, from the heartwood of the tree)
- We tripled this recipe to put in the 1 ounce blue bottle using 2 Tbls. FCO and tripling the number of drops for each essential oil.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Measure your carrier oil.
2. Pour into container. We used some rolled up wax paper as a make shift funnel.
3. Then add your oils.
4. Store (up to 3 months) in a cool dark location until ready to use.

2 teaspoons carrier oil
