White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugars together until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, stir in flavorings. Combine dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chips. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
