- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup mixed frozen blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
- 2 teaspoons vanilla Designer Whey powder
- 3 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup instant oatmeal, nuked in water (optional)
