Ingredients
- 5 T of jellied cranberry sauce
- 3 T of port wine
- 3 T of fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 tp. of lemon juice
- 2 tsp. of orange zest finely grated
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp. grated ginger

Preparation
Step 1
. Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook until cranberry jelly is dissolved and glaze thickens
. Apply to protein during the last 20 minutes of cooking
