Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound each of ground chuck and ground pork
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 TBS dried parsley
  • 1 TBS dried basil
  • 4 TBS Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 4 TBS spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and shape meatballs. Cook at 360o for 30-35 minutes
