Hot and Spicy Pork Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. lo mein or linguine noodles
  • 12 oz. ground pork
  • Soy sauce
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Baby spinach

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook lo mein or linguine. In a skillet heat oil. Add ground pork, cook 7 minutes or until browned.

2. Whisk together 3 TBSP low sodium soy sauce, 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar and 2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce. Add to skillet with pork along with 2 bags of baby spinach.

3. Cook 2 minutes or until pork is cooked through and spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
Toss pork mixture in with the noodles and serve.
