Ingredients
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup cool water
Preparation
Step 1
Stir warm water, yeast and sugar in bowl until dissolved. Let stand
10 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients until it forms a ball. Knead. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Flatten dough onto pan—
very thin (it will rise). I cook dough until browned before adding
sauce and toppings.
