Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (10-oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- and drained
- 1 1/2 medium onions, diced
- 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 32 ounces jarred/canned spaghetti sauce, your favorite
- brand
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6 to 7 hours. 15 minutes before you are ready to serve, add Parmesan cheese. Stir and cover.
Crank the heat up to high and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve over your favorite pasta along with a loaf of crusty bread and a Caesar salad.
